Doctoral Consortium Keynote
Professor Youngjin Yoo is Professor of Information Systems and Innovation at the London School of Economics and Political Science and a globally recognised scholar in digital innovation, digital platforms, AI, and organisational transformation. His research has shaped the field of Information Systems for more than two decades, with over 170 peer-reviewed publications and around 35,000 citations. His seminal work on digital innovation and layered modular architecture is among the most influential contributions in the discipline.
A Fellow of the Association for Information Systems, Professor Yoo has served in numerous leadership roles within the global IS community, including Senior Editor positions at leading journals such as Information Systems Research and previous editorial roles at MIS Quarterly and the Journal of the Association for Information Systems. His current research explores digital innovation, generative AI, and the emerging “generative economy.
